Ph.D, Public Policy & Administration
Background
In Spring 2026, University leadership announced that the College of Education and School of Public Service would become the College of Education and Public Service. The newly organized College (COEPS) will become official on July 1, 2026.
The Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration (PPA-PHD) was started in 2012. It is an on-campus program, with all courses offered in a physical classroom. Prospective and current students to the existing web-based information.
