EL CALENDARIO
When talking about our classes, it is important to know the calendar. When do you start school? What days do you have classes? These are questions that someone might ask you. The first picture below is a weekly calendar. Something to note is that, unlike the American calendar, the Spanish calendar starts on Monday. Below we have a picture with the months of the year, and a picture of seasons of the year. An interesting note is that when you write a date in Spain and most Latin American countries, it is the day of the week, the day of the month, the month, and the year. For example, “miércoles 7 de enero del 2023.” Another note is that, days of the week, months and seasons of the year are not capitalized as they are done in English.
