Book Description: The Open Education Development Series Companion Guide provides insight into the conception, design, and facilitation of Boise State University's Open Education Development Series (OEDS). The OEDS is a set of openly licensed courses available on Canvas Commons that support faculty knowledge, use, and creation of open education resources (OER). Following our AIM strategy, we explain the Alignment processes that helped ensure our series was both rigorous and adaptable to faculty readiness levels; the approach we took to Incentivize the program; and our efforts in providing Mentorship and support to the faculty participants.
