Book Description: This book was adapted for RN-BS students learning population health concepts and applying them through an experiential learning project. Concepts in the book consist of the introduction to population health, community assessments, communication and collaboration, the nurse's role and the impact of disasters on the community, advancing equitable population health policies, epidemiology, environmental factors, infection control and outbreak, along with the introduction, approval, proposal, planning, implementation, completion, and evaluation of an experiential learning experience.
