Giving and receiving feedback are critical skills for productively managing conflict. Feedback promote personal and professional growth.  Taking the time to give someone feedback is an indication that you respect and care about the person, your relationship, and the overall success of both.  In this chapter we will look at key elements of delivering and receiving feedback.
